Beatles' solo albums ranked

What surprises me most is the high placement of "Memory Almost Full".

I had no idea that Ringo had made so many (crap) records.

And, personally, I find All Things Must Pass rather dull.
Bugger off.

I only know the first three and the George Harrison album not very much - the Apple Jam record is not very good - is it? [I recall Ginger is on one track]

The Ono band and Band on the Run are excellent

The Paul one is my favourite

And I thought I was the only one, totally agree, can't listen to it without turning it off early.

In my mind the best George album is Cloud Nine, the best Ringo is Ringo, the best John is Plastic Ono, Imagine, Walls and Bridges and Rock 'N' Roll everything else forgettable. Macca - I like all of his early solo work, most of the Wings' albums, and quite a bit of his later solo work - the mid period solo work needs a little more scrutiny, still I prefer many of his poorer efforts to the efforts of the others. John's work was the biggest let down for me, he got bogged down in schmaltz, political posturing, dull ballads and forgot to rock 'n' roll.

That's rather unfair. It's only three albums too long
