Singles or LP's when you were a kid?

Postby GoogaMooga » 11 Mar 2020, 18:23

LP's!

It may have taken me months to save up for one, but LP's it was. Singles - very few: Nutbush City Limits, Rabalderstæde, perhaps a couple more. Singles were always a shit deal, three minutes and flip over, where was the fun in that?

Yeah, I saved up for LP's.

Although in those days most contained two hitsingles and the rest was filler.

But at least you had 10 songs to listen to.

Always L.P.s - I've never bought a single brand new, bought a couple secondhand but that's it.
