You include a best of but not the live albums.
Odd.

Either way
1 Old New Borrowed and Blue
2 Flame
3 Slayed?

ONB&B has been a recent revelation to me. I honestly thought it I didn't like it, based on one hearing in 1974.
Flame was always my favourite, but there are a couple of less-than-stellar tracks tucked away on side two.
The two of them are very much of a piece -very similar in style. It is that period just post the bellowing misspelled hits era, when they realised they'd hit a creative dead end with Skweeze Me Pleeze Me. Suddenly the songs all become far more musical. The Beatles influence is palpable on those two albums. I honestly think there are are a good half dozen hit singles that never were on them.
I grew up with Play It Loud and Slade Alive - I love them both. And Sladest is chock full of brilliant deep cuts as well as all the hits.
But I feel duty bound to pick a proper album here so Slayed? (which I had as a new release) gets the nod for third.
I have a feeling that Nobody's Fools may displace it in time.

I will point out that there are no bad Slade albums. (edit- apart from Crackers: The Party Album)
They are remarkably consistent, even if they become a little gauche here and there on their later records.

Yeah, I think Sladest has some singles sides or exclusives not found on the other albums. I'd always keep live ones separate anyway.

Your poll, your rules.

"Cum On Feel the Noize", "Look Wot You Dun", "Skweeze Me, Pleeze Me", "Take Me Bak 'Ome", "Coz I Luv You" and "Get Down and Get with It" were all non album singles.

And 'The Bangin' Man'.

I think.

Included as an extra on the current version of your current favourite album.
Bugger off.

Yes but it's not on Sladest, which was what I was talking about.
They released LOADS of non album singles
