Rainy night driving music

Postby GoogaMooga » 11 Nov 2019, 23:33

The ultimate rain-on-the-windshield-late-night-drive soundtrack:

99 Miles From L.A. - Albert Hammond, Art Garfunkel
The Captain of Her Heart - Double
Half a Million Miles From Home - Albert Hammond
Rainy Night in Georgia - Brook Benton
Riders on the Storm - Doors
Have You Seen Her - Chi-Lites
Drive - Cars
Rainy Night in Tokyo - Michael Franks
Hotel California - Eagles
Gypsy Woman - Brian Hyland, Impressions

I drove from Beaumont to Lafayette tonight in the rain at about 70 mph in a lot of traffic and it wasn’t fun at all.

But I did listen to a lot of early electric blues and country music, so that was alright.

It's ALWAYS more fun when you don't have to take the wheel!

Not necessarily. I hate being driven (in a car, that is; I'll leave buses, trains and airplanes to the professionals)
