I do not know this album - I am still amazed at how powerful the guitar is!

Makes you realise how daunting was Martin Barre's task half a century ago!

I don't think Martin, as good as he is, could replicate Mick.

From about 1965 I became an 'LP man' and stopped buying singles.

But in the late 60s I brought three: Blodwyn Pig's Same Old Story/Slow Down which are here as extras, Jethro Tull's Witch's Promise/Teacher [double A side 7"] and one more which I can't remember for the life of me - [it'll come to me]

I remember Sutherland Brothers & Quiver doing this as an encore - it was a little anemic, despite the magnificent guitar of Tim Renwick.
