If we're going there. there's also "Monterey" by Eric Burdon & The Animals.

And "Transmaniacon MC" by Blue Oyster Cult

Cry the cable, cry the word
Unknown terror's here
And won't you try this tasty snack
Behind the scene or but the back
Which was the stage at Altamont
My humble boys of listless power
We're pain, we're steel, a plot of knives
We're Transmaniacon...
Nicotine, valium, vicadin, marijuana, ecstasy, and alcohol -
Cocaine

Is there a title track to Animal Collective's "Merriwether Post Pavillion"?

Oh and that reminds me of...

Just like Cinderella, when she couldn't go to the ball, a voice said
"I'm your fairy manager, you shall play at Carnegie Hall."

Yeah it's a mighty long way down rock 'n' roll
From the Liverpool Docks to the Hollywood Bowl

It doesn't actually name the venue, just "the gambling house".

There must be a ton of songs that mention the Grand Ole Opry and the Ryman. I know Bobby Bare Jr. mentions both in the song, Visit Me in Music City.

The venue is referred to as "the best place around." The theatre was actually part of the Montreux C_sino* ("gambling house") complex, so - close enough, I'd say.

I honestly don't remember.
Where would rock 'n' roll be without feedback?
