I gather there's no footage of him fronting the band, though.

I've never seen footage of Keith in the old days , no. If not for Decline I don't think there would be footage of Ron either.
I'll go with the consensus that Keith was best, largely because of the repertoire he recorded. But Rollins was cool and takes a lot of shit for things unrelated to his vocals.

The Beach Boys Carl
The Clash Joe
Pink Floyd. Dave
Sonic Youth. Some of the worst vocals on record—none of them
The Band. Not as bad as above, but none as well
The Monkees. Nez
Pixies. Not a fan of either’s vocals
Simon and Garfunkel Art
Faces. Rod
The Temptations I like the Whitfield era by far the most, but Eddie Kendricks was the shit.
Black Flag Keith Morris.
The Move. I like Shazam the most, so Carl Wayne
Buffalo Springfield. Neil
Fleetwood Mac. Peter
King Crimson Lake was their only “good” singer, though I love them through the mid 80’s.
Bananarama don’t know—the one in the middle, I guess
Jefferson Airplane - Marty

The best vocal performance on A King Crimson record was Bob counting the orchestra in on Islands.
