I for one speaking strictly for myself most certainly BCB do.

I love it when you get a tune that you can't stop playing! It's what "it" is all about, ¿no?

Yeah absolutely, especially when you don't have to 'work at it' or investigate something because you've read about it, but rather just hear something that lifts your spirit right away.

It reminds me of Travelator, by the Egg.

I let it play through, rather than giving up on it after 45 seconds or so. That's a relatively rare thing anymore.

The only thing missing was a repeated loop of "All our operators are currently busy, please hold and we will answer your call as soon as possible".
Like fast-moving clouds casting shadows against a hillside, the melody-loop shuddered with a sense of the sublime, the awful unknowable majesty of the world.

Progtastic!

actually if you like this collection of analogue cliches you’d love the music for Stranger Things.

I was remarking to a friend the other day that almost everything new that I hear and that I like is coming from Australia these days, and now here's more proof that there's something in the water down under. Thanks for the tip, G.

It is pleasant if a little overfamiliar.

'Mildlife' is a bloody terrible name though.

It's good. Reminds me a bit of Moon Duo (?) or John Maus.

Moon Duo? Not really.
Has a lovely vintage feel to it. Like the experimentation in the soloing.

I like it - I heard this one below on Radio 6 and downloaded the album/EP:

As has been said, it’s a mix of the exotic and obscurely familiar and very pleasantly so.
