That was a silly thing to say. I just don't think it's definitive Kirwan - in a way maybe it's too good of a Welch album - and the Christine songs are good too - whereas I feel like he has more presence on the other albums he's on 'cause the other contributions aren't as good as his. Of course his best stuff is on side two, so I'm glad I'll be here for it!
