First time I've seen The Radio Stars ( which was Andy Ellison from John's Children, hence Marc's "my old mate") - I can see why they never made it!

That whole pub rock/new wave interface really produced some crud in 78 & 79, the real fag end of the 70s. Never realised they got as far as TOTP though.
