"Play with Fire," "As Tears Go By," and "Dandelion" are going to be hard to beat.

Mmmm, you’re only getting 2 picks now.

Child Of the Moon might be the best thing they ever did.

QUITE CLEARLY the last two are the best two.

CotM is one of the greatest things ever. "Dandelion" is nice but a bit cutesy, honestly. My other vote goes to tSatF, which is great early snarky Mick.

'Child' is a definite, but the second is harder. Some days it might be 'Dandelion', others 'Play With Fire'.

Spider and the Fly by a long shot. As Tears Go By is too obvious (and I prefer Marianne's version); and while I like Play with Fire more than most of the others, it has no place on a single, even a "B" side.

Absolutely, the subtly malignant "Play with Fire" (one of Jagger's most controlled vocals) and the lysergic drone of "Child of the Moon" (I love the way the band drawls the chorus) were quite unlike anything else in their catalogue. Both seem to create their own little world. It's a shame they never ventured into those areas again, because both songs are so utterly entrancing in their very separate ways. Btw G, you have a pm from me!
It's before my time but I've been told, he never came back from Karangahape Road.

I lurve "Who's Driving Your Plane."

Nice use of "Play with Fire" in last night's "Westworld" episode, btw.

It got my vote - in terms of sound and feel, it's a bold, ballsy, beautiful thing.

Yes, correct!

I'm less impressed with "Dandelion" the last couple decades or so. Not sure why. It was exciting "in the vinyl era" when it was hard to come by, but it hasn't stood up (IMO).
