In snatches, I like the Drella record, but it is a tough listen end to end. Some great couplets as always when Lou is writing.

It’s not bad when I’m in the mood. The next album is the same way. It’s only after that that I lose interest in Lou.

You should give Set the twilight reeling (1996) and Ecstasy (2000) another shot...Both have quality material on them..

I've always had a soft spot for it. Lou's voice is expressive and the whole piece works well, although I'll be honest I don't listen to Songs for Drella very often.
