If we're talking about the same French show, and I'm sure we are, then I've given it a lot of points. It's as good as any drama I've seen.

The maths should be accurate as I've ran the figures through my accountant.

No ‘Superstars’ in your list Harry?
Still smarting about Hemery beating you in the parallel bar dips?

I was most displeased at that. He should never have been allowed to use a trampoline.
They gave him special dispensation because he'd climbed Everest!

Please do.

The same goes for anyone else who has been lurking on the threads without committing. Scrounge together a list off the top of your head!

I was going to vote for that, but I couldn't think of more than six or seven other things to make a list.

I was thinking about it but there are a number of Amaxon reviews mentioning the poor quality of the recordings and one that said 2 out of 3 discs didn't play.

Anyway, I found Episode 1 on Youtube and it was absolutely gripping drama but I thought the 4 main characters were cast too old: none of them came across as 18/19 year olds soon to go to or having done one year at uni (McKee and Eccleston) or about to fly the coop (Craig and Strong). I'll stick with it, if I can find other episodes, for the socio-political content even though I find Mary (Gina McKee) insufferably smug.
Excellent as always to see the late great Peter Vaughan amongst the cast.

Edit- Apart from the above about the casting, it's great. I'm up to Episode 4. Brilliant.

Oh yes!

That was indeed brilliant, but there was obviously no point insisting on anything not US, UK (or scandi-noir).
