it's so funny... my stones/rocks fetish. i grew up in a place that used to pave roads with oyster shells. a lil below-sea-level. reap knows. i have rocks all over the place. rocks i collected from other places.

This was released in 1976.

Jethro Tull's "Pibroch", which has many guitarly similarities to this song, came a year later in 1977. I would venture to say Martin Barre is a big fan of this song.

Yes I was in my early 20s when this came out (75/76??)- I bought it then - I already had The Tain

This album has so much going on.

I never tire of it

yes... although i didn't even know of the existence of horslips when i bought songs from the wood the day it came out. was i 14? mwhahaha, might've still been 13, depending on exact release
