Shame.

Got my boy a ‘Classic Rock’ comp. for Christmas-‘Ace of Spades’ being a standout track.

So sad. A big part of my youth gone. RIP Eddie.

On the bright side, I bet they're making a godawful racket up there already.

And let us not forget the first Fastway album which was rather decent.

Sad news. The BBC did a nice (TV) tribute this afternoon - apparently after the demise of Mhead he made a blues album - anybody familiar?

Yes, that's it. Somehow I never bought this, something I should remedy. Lemmy sings one of the songs, "Laugh At The Devil".

Second band I ever saw live, Iron Fist tour, awesome live band, obviously they rocked like a mutha and were probably the loudest thing I have ever heard.
Such a shame none of them that old by modern standards.

RIP Fast Eddie the band are back together again

Oops. I stand corrected. The album listed above is a solo album from 1994.

This is the blues album from 2014:

Very sad, love their music. Didnt see them until well after Eddie left but his era is the most fondly remembered. I dug out my Hammersmith vinyl earlier. Great player.

This is from the official facebook page. Nice.

R.I.P. Eddie.
