I know so little of his music. I wouldn't know many of these at all, but I don't know whether it's because they weren't hits in the UK or just a blind spot on my behalf ( maybe a bit of both). Sorry...not much of a contribution to your thread!

I'll say!
I know them all!
okay I took, 18, under my wheels, be my lover, school's out, elected & muscle of love.
I can't believe "Public Animal #9" was never a single. I'd probably flip the coin between "i'm 18" & "be my lover" if it was.

How does anyone not vote for Under My Wheels?

Hello Hooray is one of my favourite things. All of these singles are great, but Under my wheels, the singles from Billion Dollar Babies and Muscle of love are particularly excellent. Possibly a lot to do with Bob Ezrin. Wasn't Alice Cooper just great in the seventies?

Re: Alice Cooper's singles '69-'75
I picked the singles from LITD and Killer plus No More Mister Nice Guy. All just amazing.
The best of the bunch for me, however, is Halo of Flies, which was released as a single only in the Netherlands, 2 years later in 1973, according to Wikipedia.

I only voted for "Muscle of Love," "Billion Dollar Babies" and "Halo of Flies." I like most of his big hits, to some extent.
Where would rock 'n' roll be without feedback?

Right?! Man, what a tune. But the best of these singles are just brilliant, and there is some stiff competition. 'Elected', 'Hello..', 'School', 'B$B' and 'Wheels' are all top shelf singles as well.
A very tough choice, with another 4-5 just getting pushed out of my measly top 6 today.

Re: Alice Cooper's singles '69-'75
It's impressive that not one of the singles by the original group has less than two votes (not counting the "Eighteen" remix). Was "Halo Of Flies" really a single??
Anyhoo, I went with "Reflected", "Eighteen", "Be My Lover", "School's Out", "No More Mr. Nice Guy" and "Muscle Of Love". One from each OG album except Easy Action, I now realize, though that wasn't intentional.

I was surprised too! It was released only in the Netherlands apparently, and a fair while after the original album release at that.

The full 8+ minutes, too - crazy!
Also the B-side to "Billion Dollar Babies" in France, Germany, and Austria.

I'm surprised there was no second single from School's Out.
I went with that song and the four Billion Dollar Babies singles but that's a very strong line up of songs. A superb Greatest Hits collection, no need to go any further.
Actually I've never heard the first two songs, I should check them out.

18, Nice Guy, BDB, Under My Wheels, Schools Out, Elected
Great stuff. I got to see the original band reunited at the Revolver Awards, with Steve Hunter filling for the departed Glen Buxton, and it was very special. I see Alice every couple years and he always has a pretty good young band with him, but hearing him with THOSE GUYS was a total thrill.
