Need help remembering artist and album title

Postby sloopjohnc » 30 Aug 2017, 03:18

It was from LA soul singer and band. Live at the (something) Fox. They won Grammy, I'm pretty sure, but the singer had died before accepting.

Probably 10 years old or so.

I got nothing.
Did you figure this out?
Let U be the set of all united sets, K be the set of the kids and D be the set of things divided.
Then it follows that ∀ k ∈ K: K ∈ U ⇒ k ∉ D

I went through some Grammy lists but couldn't find any reference to the Fox..... Village Vanguard yes.

Hi John,

I think the album you're looking for is Stay Hungry by Twisted Sister.

Hope this helps.

Could the Fox be the Fox Theatre in Oakland?

It could, but I'm thinking it's probably the Silver Fox.

Thanks, it was LA club. I'll figure it out.

It definitely wasn't Twisted Sister.

I can't get a picture to post using my IPad but I assume you're thinking of Sterling Harrison Sings! South of the Snooty Fox. If that's not what you're thinking of you should listen to it anyway. It's really great!

Thanks a lot, Ray. This is exactly what I was looking for. It's been bugging me for a month now.

And thanks too, TG.

If anyone would've known, I figured it would be you two.
