Death of Keith R's 60s and 70s muse at 73 being reported. Very beautiful woman in her time. Given the fact that she copped a co-writing credit on Sympathy, was something of a fashion icon and rose to prominence in 60s films, this RIP could have gone in YY, NDL or S

Re: Anita Pallenberg RIP
Just great in Performance, perfect in Dillinger Is Dead though without much to do, not so good in Barbarella (though it's more true to say I just didn't care for that one). I hope one day, A Degree of Murder will be rereleased, so we can see it for real.
I've spent so much time thinking about the Stones, especially that '66-'72 period, I don't think I can bring myself to comment further, to indulge in that level of voyeurism at the moment. In the same way that the Stones rarely printed their lyrics, it seems that AP and the others prefer not to delineate what are the truths and what are the lies. OK, cool, whatever.
An influence. RIP.
EDIT: Sorry if this sounded strange or harsh. It was just some random thoughts...

Re: Anita Pallenberg RIP
I always thought there was something very powerful and magnetic about her. Like she was a force of nature. She was great in Performance.
RIP Anita

That's a shock.
Not sure why, really. But I'm never prepared for the idea of people like this dying.

There are some people who you halfway expect not to make it to 40. And when they do, and then some, at some level you kinda figure, well I guess they're just not gonna die...

That's an interesting comment, would you care to elaborate?
Anyway, loved her in Performance. She was magnetic.

Not to rain on Moddie's parade, but this is as good a brief overview as you're likely to read

It takes a big man to cry, but it takes a bigger man to laugh at that man.

With the possible exception of Peter Perrett's Why Don't You Kill Yourself? it's hard to imagine
