I'm not sure if we have hammered down a timeline for these, but Quaco and I are exchanging tracks for our contribution and it's going to take a few weeks. Does the organiser have any feeling about a Summer deadline? Or a date he has in mind?

If we are going to collect all these lets make a deadline date then, at least it gives everyone something to work toward and gives the project a bit of momentum
How does May 1st sound ?
Does that give everyone plenty of time ?
