People need to be paired off. I'm not sure how. Some pairs will work better than others. Some might get upset.

Why does there have to be a lot of people? Keep in mind a good proportion of the board have already done one.

I signed up for this last year i think, but if memory serves both the person i was gonna interview and the one interviewing me couldn't or didn't want to do it. :(
