Robbie Williams is crap, but he does have this song, "Supreme", drawing heavily on "I Will Survive". It is really great in and of itself. Incredibly catchy and a huge hit in Europe. All the solo Robbie you'll ever need.

Yeah, that box would fit my Take That collection easily, how thoughtful! ;)

Comp of demos and album tracks from obscure Detroit post-punk band whose sole proper album, Thickly Settled, is the definition of a lost classic, and deserves a proper re-release.

Low - Double Negative

pretty sure I haven't listened to a Low album since their debut, so let's see what all the fuss over this one is about

edit: ah! This is one of those "at night with headphones" records...maybe not the best for the office. They've certainly upped their production budget in the past twenty years! Sounds like arty mellow Radiohead with better singing.

Alejandro Escovedo - The Crossing (Yeprock)
W/James Williamson and Wayne Kramer on one track each and vocals from Joe Ely on his own song Silver City. I like this one but I'm ready for another album of acoustic music. Yes, I'm officially old. :D
