Actually, the live album that came with this. Just finished off round 4 of the 70s cup, and it seriously got me a bit down, so I thought I'd try something which might batter my head clean.

First listen to the latest album. As expected, it isn't much of a diversion in style again. But Marissa seems to be the one artist I allow to stay in the same schtick without bearing the brunt of my wrath.

"Xtal" really is one of those untouchable opening song on a debut album tracks isn't it? Just stunning.

I love that whole album (with the possible exception of “Green Calx”) but “Xtal” is probably the best song he's made from any album.

Still haven't got around to buying this yet, I keep hoping its price will have dropped the next time I'm in HMV. I'm not sure on it, I think I preferred Syro, though I need to give it a few more plays.
