Derided somewhat at the time as sounding too polished and too commercial it always sounded great to me , still does, tho I see both Tim and this have been remixed in expanded form lately.

45 songs performed by the American Band of the Allied Expeditionary Force led by MAJ Glenn Miller, US Army Air Forces, recorded in the Abbey Road Studios from 30 October - 27 November 1944 and transmitted by the American Broadcasting Station in Europe.
