What the absolute hell is that cover? Hahahaha

Overdrive - Swords and Axes (1984), good American Swedish speed metal, if you're into that sort of thing.

One of the two new albums Hardy Fox uploaded to bandcamp, shortly after announcing his death. Looks like Rayge should approve of this, from the cover.

Split witch-house CD between Fostercare and Ritualz. The Fostercare half is actually surprisingly good.

Re-release of French minimal synth stuff on Soul Jazz records. Hopefully soul jazz are going to get into re-releasing more of this kinda stuff, and hence into NDW...

Btw, I searched for this without quotes, and the google images that came back were all lingerie.

Blimey, the 'New Weird America' freak folk thing seems a long time ago. This is a live recording of avant-garde alt-country plinky-plonkiness.

Took me a while to get around to it, but this is definitely better than the last couple of Fuck Buttons albums.

I've got this on vinyl, but I just discovered it's on apple music, so I'm streaming it at work:

I suggest you do the same.

Just listened. Love it. I’ve been listening to lots of similar stuff recently. It’s good to listen to at work.

NP: Robert Wyatt - Old Rottenhat. We went record shopping at weekend and the husband got this which I had never heard. Listening to it last night as the big Texas raindrops sploshed was lovely.
