The long-lost imdb-er and refugee el-p banged on about this lot for about an entire year, but it never did much for me. Stephen O'Malley of Sunn 0))) and some other fella, doing ambience of some kind. Lovely double vinyl packaging mind.

Wonder if porko will ever resurface?

Holy cow! The Anderson Theater show sounds like a completely new recording. Amazing.

As years have gone by, I realise more and more how important Jarboe was to Swans overall direction and sound. I'm pretty sure they wouldn't have gone down the slow-prog route of their last couple of albums if she'd been included in their resurrection. The two Skin albums are excellent, btw, and easily the equal of Swans albums of the time.

Finally gave this a listen while having breakfast. Proper. It's basically early 90s industrial rock with a bleak modern update.

What it lacks in subtlety, it makes up for in lack of subtlety.

Projekt Records 2008 Sampler

No image, and not much in the way of tunes, either.

Got interested in this band again after seeing their performance on "Bluegrass Underground," which featured zero bluegrass, natch.
