NP Jared Gold - Reemergence (Strike Zone)
Young jazz organist in the spirit of the great Larry Young but he’s no copy cat. His comping and solos are harmonically fascinating and his band (guitar and drums with a few tracks featuring trumpet) have the tightness of a group that has put some serious time in their playing. Not your grandfather’s organ trio for sure.
