Dunno if this is too obvious, or has already been picked. But it fits.

Like fast-moving clouds casting shadows against a hillside, the melody-loop shuddered with a sense of the sublime, the awful unknowable majesty of the world.

I can't hate it 'cos the singer looks chubby and ever so slightly awkward. He's got a good face, you can imagine if you stopped him and said 'I really like 'Dance The Night Away' ' he'd be over the moon. He's the anti-Bono.

Wyclef Jean also sounds like he has stomach problems in the equivalent section of the Haiti version...

It takes a big man to cry, but it takes a bigger man to laugh at that man.

It's not as bad as his cover of "Tainted Love", to be fair. I'm not saying it isn't wretched, but it's only the fifth or sixth circle of hell.

Mostly bad because of the further canonization of that overrated song. I didn't mind the interpretation.

Marilyn Manson's covers weren't anything to write home about but I'll be damned if I'll stand by and let Coan mock him/them. "The Dope Show" and "Disposable Teens" are great, the latter something I enjoy just as much as any glam released at the time.

Listen lads, we’ve done a bit too good a job over the last 40 years repositioning ourselves as art, time to reel the squares back in I reckon.

The title of the recent Rolling Stone article on them. I'd be more amazed if somebody managed to make Rolling Stone relevant again!
