It's always been my least favourite track on ..Experienced.., well apart from "Red House", but fuck me these people do it justice.

"Thanks" to pcqgod for alerting me to its charms.

I think only Living Color could possibly "improve" it.

Pity JSJ isn't about any more, I'm sure this'd have him frothing.

Girls in the video, each one of them sure people will think they're the "foxey" one. Black men in the video, adding "reality" to the Jimi cover. Garish awful '90s "sixties" ideas.

Love it!

Oh, it's terrible.

Rowland's given way too much leeway, old-school bollocks about 'integrity' and so forth, middle-aged rockers will attribute these qualities to whatever bellowing shite the man puts out.

I did really like that soul revue thing they did a couple of years back, mind. That was fucking ace.

Middle aged Rockers? Who's that.

The album is a bit hit n miss. The Irish songs are great. Sang well and bring back memories of them being played in the house when I was wee. Would've preferred a full album of that stuff.

Yomp is just on his usual grumpy old bear routine.

The canonisation really began with Kevin Pearce's (superb) "Something Beginning With O". Rowland's done nothing since "Don't Stand Me Down" to justify it.

Having said that I'd love to be proved wrong, when he burned it was fucking brightly.

Never heard of it or him. Had to google it. I loved the last album.

this is all over the damn radio here these days, and for some reason it drives me into a white-hot RAGE
it's SO bad, and what's worse I've read a few people who should know better saying good things about it.

Hey man hate it all you like I wasn't out to guilt trip you! It was a surprise to me that I could even find a modern pop song that made me feel like that!

:)

I'd forgotten about her until I saw this hellish nonsense on the TOTP rerun a couple of nights ago. Shocking.
