It is, and not even as good as "Friday".

I hope somebody here someday will take the time to explain to me what's wrong with it. It's always been one of my favorites by them!

I'm still not hearing anything to rival "Puff Puff Give."

I like that one now. All your and pillowz' posting of it has really given it a chance to grow on me!

Every time I feel offended by the offensive 'will this do?'-ness of it. Verses that can't be bothered to make syntactic or emotional sense, lazy half-rhymes, standard chord changes, and a one line chorus.
Here's the 2nd verse if you're unfamiliarMarcus Scumford wrote:So break my step
And relent
You forgave and I won't forget
Know what we've seen
And him with less
Now in some way shake the excess
I've never heard this before, but it seems like a strange wedding song. Who is 'he' and what is he doing in a wedding first dance song? That verse sounds like she's going back to the other guy. I do hate this kind of music, as well as this turd specifically.
I really don't think anyone - ever! - has listened to the words of the song apart from the chorus.

Her last single was a goody, this one :/
I'm sure it's making a terrifically nuanced point about commodification but....

my wife's an Ed Sheeran fan, and she loves this song. I need a fucking husband of the year award or something to let her enjoy it without me blurting out that it's horrible on every level.
You could nominate any of his songs for this thread. His success completely mystifies me.
I don't think music gets worse than this..

I don't get all this 'how is this man so successful?' business.
It's dreadful stuff but it's catchy, in the same tradition of all the awful dickhead pop we've had to contend with over the last 10 or 15 years. You see groups of office women out of a night singing this sort of thing all the time.

It's not even that catchy though, that's the strange thing.

I like 'Bad and Boujee'.
I listened to some more of the album, though, and it was rubbish. They can get some spooky, grimy atmospherics going but like so much mainstream rap these days it's smothered in autotune and plasticky production.

re. Migos
I thought they used the autotune and plasticky production to their advantage and that their rhymes were good, but it might have just been me rejoicing in listening to something new. Nothing from the album has really stuck with me but I liked it when it was on.

Let U be the set of all united sets, K be the set of the kids and D be the set of things divided.
Then it follows that ∀ k ∈ K: K ∈ U ⇒ k ∉ D
Then it follows that ∀ k ∈ K: K ∈ U ⇒ k ∉ D
