I guess they were trying to join in with the heavier blues-rock scene that had gained some degree of prevalence at the time, a bit like Humble Pie and, like HP, shame they forgot the tunes.

First time I heard this album was at Steve Girl’s house, who played with Babe Ruth and Wild Turkey for a while. He was a friend of mine at the college I went to, along with his best friend Gary Fletcher of the Blues Band
